The ECCE Europe Conference 2025 (31 August to 4 September) in Birmingham, UK, is Europe's largest conference in Power Electronics and Energy Conversion, bringing together researchers, practitioners and industry leaders for discussions on the latest advancements and challenges in energy conversion.
The week long conference offered talks and presentation by leading experts in power electronics and energy systems. One of these presentations was held by doctorial candidate Muhammad Helal, who had the pleasure of presenting his work on "Fast and Accurate Aggregated Modelling for Wind Farms Using Gaussian Mixture Model".
Commenting on his research, Muhammad Helal Uddin explained:
"My work focused on the importance of accurate yet computationally efficient aggregation methods to meet grid integration and modelling requirements for large-scale wind farms."
