Work Packages
The actions of the project are divided into 6 work packages, in a work package structure as seen below.
Work Package 1:
Offshore Wind
This WP will address the challenges and research questions over the collection and transmission technologies, operation and control systems for OWFs.
Work Package 2:
HVDC
This WP aims to provide answers to crucial questions regarding the best techno-economic design for offshore medium voltage collection and high voltage transmission systems and their combinations.
Work Package 3:
AC/DC interaction
This WP aims to bridge the remaining gaps with respect to the development of the future power system, where AC and DC systems will work in parallel.
Work Package 4:
Training
To create and implement a comprehensive Training Programme that will be extended to researchers outside the network
when appropriate.
Work Package 5:
Dissemination & Communication
ADOreD project aims to outreach its results by boosting the competitiveness and growth of the European Union
economy.
Work Package 6:
Management
To provide an overall management of the project consortium and to ensure the project meets its Grant Agreement (GA) and Consortium Agreement (CA) obligations.
